- 30-day free trial where a plan offers one.
What we don’t promise
Clawback finds and explains losses. It does not guarantee any amount can be recovered, and it does not recover money for you. Every figure is labelled Confirmed, Estimated or Potential, and figures we can’t verify are left out, never guessed. See the terms, section 4.
Questions
Which plan do I need?
The one that covers your store's monthly order volume. Each plan says how many orders a month it is for.
Do you take a percentage of what I recover?
No. Plans are flat monthly prices. Clawback does not recover money for you, so there is nothing to take a percentage of: it shows you where money went and you act on it in Shopify.
Does Clawback change anything in my store?
No. It is read-only. It cannot create a refund, change an order or stock level, or contact or charge your customers.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes, at any time from your Shopify admin. Uninstalling the app cancels your subscription.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Everything is deleted in full 48 hours after you uninstall, or sooner if you ask. The privacy policy lists exactly what is kept and for how long.
